  • What is your cancellation & rescheduling policy?
    At Moncino’s Detail Garage, we value your time and ours. To provide the best service to all of our clients, we kindly ask that you review our cancellation and rescheduling policy below: ✔️ Cancellations or Rescheduling We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. This gives us time to fill your slot and keeps our schedule running smoothly. ✔️ Late Cancellations Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee which will result in the loss of your deposit (if applicable). ✔️ No-Shows If you miss your appointment without any notice, a no-show fee of 50% of the scheduled service may be charged. Repeat no-shows may require full prepayment for future bookings. ✔️ Weather Exceptions (for mobile services) In the event of poor weather, we’ll contact you to reschedule as soon as possible — no fees will apply in this case. ✔️ How to Cancel To cancel or reschedule, don't hesitate to get in touch with us 24 hours in advance or go to "My Bookings" when you sign up for an account. Please note: You will lose your deposit if you cancel or don't give at least 24 hours' notice before your service.
  • Do you come to me or do I come to you?
    Currently, we are a mobile detailing service, so we come to your home. As we grow our brand, we will eventually have our own location to work from.
  • Where are you located?

  • Do I need to make an appointment?

  • Do you need access to water and electricity?
    Yes, we require access to water and power at your location unless otherwise arranged.
  • How can I contact you with questions or custom requests?

  • Can I book multiple services at the same time?
    Yes! Once you click "Book Now" on your desired service and choose your respective vehicle size, you will be prompted to add another service to your appointment.
  • Do you charge extra for excessively dirty vehicles?
    We don't necessarily charge extra for excessively dirty vehicles. We only charge an extra $30/hr for vehicles that specifically have: excessive mud, pet hair, or trash. This is because these vehicles take a lot more time to clean diligently. We will not charge you for anything without you knowing. Before any detail, myself and the customer will inspect the vehicle together. During the inspection, if there is anything that I consider an upcharge, I will make the customer aware and will proceed with the detail once the customer has given me confirmation.
  • Why must paint corrections be approved?
    Paint correction services must be approved so that I can contact you to make sure the booking wasn't made by mistake, to know the overall condition of your vehicle, and to ensure that you will show up on time for your scheduled service.
  • Are you currently offering paint corrections/ceramic coatings?
    We are currently not offering "Paint Correction" services. However, we are in the process of building our brand so that we can detail out of our own space and properly do paint corrections as well as ceramic coatings.
  • Do you do quotes for your services?
    No, all of our services are on a fixed-priced basis that correlates with the size of your vehicle and the time and effort we put into servicing it. At Moncino's Detail Garage, we want our booking process to be as seamless as possible. We also want our customers to have ease of mind as we are taking care of their vehicles.
  • Is detailing safe for my paint and interior materials?
    Yes, we use professional-grade products and methods designed to protect all vehicle surfaces.
  • What are your prices based on?
    We set our prices to reflect the pride we take in our work, ensuring excellent quality, professional, and friendly services. Our goal isn't to get as many vehicles in and out within a day, but to take the time to care for our customers' vehicles. We want our customers' experience to be as seamless as possible, so we strive for unparalleled communication and punctuation. We hope you understand.
  • Do you require a deposit?
    Yes, some services require a deposit depending on the service that you book. This will be reflected at the final price.
  • What forms of payment do you accept?
    We accept cash, credit/debit cards, apple pay, google pay, and PayPal.
