Service Description
✅ Start by vacuuming and removing all the dirt and debris from the carpet, seats, and mats. ✅ Use an upholstery cleaning solution and agitate with a drill brush to break up smells and deeply embedded dirt. ✅ Using a water siphoning tool with hot water only, extract and drain all the carpets, seats, and mats so the cloth can dry properly. ✅ Once fully dry, apply an air freshening spray that leaves a long-lasting, fresh scent.




Cancellation Policy
At Moncino’s Detail Garage, we value your time and ours. To provide the best service to all of our clients, we kindly ask that you review our cancellation and rescheduling policy below: ✔️ Cancellations or Rescheduling We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. This gives us time to fill your slot and keeps our schedule running smoothly. ✔️ Late Cancellations Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee which will result in the loss of your deposit (if applicable). ✔️ No-Shows If you miss your appointment without any notice, a no-show fee of 50% of the scheduled service may be charged. Repeat no-shows may require full prepayment for future bookings. ✔️ Weather Exceptions (for mobile services) In the event of poor weather, we’ll contact you to reschedule as soon as possible — no fees will apply in this case. ✔️ How to Cancel To cancel or reschedule, don't hesitate to get in touch with us 24 hours in advance or go to "My Bookings" when you sign up for an account. Please note: You will lose your deposit if you cancel or don't give at least 24 hours' notice before your service. **Note: Please be advised that Moncino's Detail Garage will require access to the customer's power and water to complete your booking. Thank you for your understanding. **
