Service Description
💦 Exterior ✅ Rinse down the vehicle with a strong stream of water to remove loose dirt and debris. ✅ Thoroughly clean the rims, tires, and wheel wells to eliminate built-up brake dust and grime, then rinse. ✅ Apply snow foam across the entire vehicle to loosen any remaining dirt and debris. ✅ While the foam is working, use a soft-bristle brush to agitate hard-to-reach cracks and crevices. Rinse off the foam. ✅ Wash the exterior from top to bottom using a microfiber wash mitt, pH-neutral soap, and the two-bucket method. ✅ Rinse off the soap, apply iron and tar remover to eliminate hidden contaminants in the paint, then rinse again. ✅ Dry the vehicle and apply finishing touches — seal the paint, dress the tires, and restore plastic trim for a refined, glossy finish.
Cancellation Policy
At Moncino’s Detail Garage, we value your time and ours. To provide the best service to all of our clients, we kindly ask that you review our cancellation and rescheduling policy below: ✔️ Cancellations or Rescheduling We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. This gives us time to fill your slot and keeps our schedule running smoothly. ✔️ Late Cancellations Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee which will result in the loss of your deposit (if applicable). ✔️ No-Shows If you miss your appointment without any notice, a no-show fee of 50% of the scheduled service may be charged. Repeat no-shows may require full prepayment for future bookings. ✔️ Weather Exceptions (for mobile services) In the event of poor weather, we’ll contact you to reschedule as soon as possible — no fees will apply in this case. ✔️ How to Cancel To cancel or reschedule, don't hesitate to get in touch with us 24 hours in advance or go to "My Bookings" when you sign up for an account. Please note: You will lose your deposit if you cancel or don't give at least 24 hours' notice before your service. **Note: Please be advised that Moncino's Detail Garage will require access to the customer's power and water to complete your booking.
